To help young expat entrepreneurs better understand the taxation environment, potential tax incentives, and how to plan for growing your start up/ business in China, MeetUGo is offering this free taxation seminar on October 16th, which will be hosted by Robin Xiao, a senior tax expert from KPMG’s Shanghai office.
Robin will introduce key financial and tax considerations for beginning your business in China, including legal formality, going over China’s taxation rules and regulations, key financial risks, potential tax incentives, and additional thing to consider as a foreign owned start up. Additionally, Robin will provide some basic information on China’s Individual Income Tax reform, and offer advice on its implications for expat entrepreneurs.

Mr. Robin Xiao is the Tax Director at KPMG, and has been providing PRC tax advisory and compliance services to multi-national companies in various industries (e.g. Automotive, Retails, TMT, Life Service and Pharmaceutical, etc.) He is also actively involved in his clients’ on going operations in China.
